The staff was courteous, polite, and very professional, creating such a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I walked in. The salon itself is beautiful — chic, clean, and thoughtfully designed. This place has definitely become my new salon. Highly recommended.

The service was really good, on entry I got called by my name 🤭… and being the indecisive person I am even though I made a booking the stylist (owner) listen to me and gave me options as well as the assistant but time was really against me but I got my service done and I was happy. The service was amazing!! Someone shampooed my hair and she was so amazing, I fell asleep. Then I was placed with another hairstylist for my blow out and silk press and she was also amazing! The entire staff is extremely professional and they walk you through everything they are doing. This was my 1st experience with true virgin and I will definitely be back.
Money well spent
The space was clean neat and welcoming. Though I didn't get the names of the ladies who took care of my hair, they were all professional and made sure that the entire process was comfortable. The service I did included relax treat, colour, trim and flat iron. It was all money spent well.

Honestly, it was my first time getting a silk press and I've always been skeptical about who does my hair. My experience was great here. As soon as I entered, I was attended to as well as the other customers. There was no delay in the process. Place stayed clean. The silk press came out great. It reminded me when my hair was cremed. Definitely going back.
