These terms govern your use of the True Virgin Beauty Bar website, booking system, and hair bundle shop, and your relationship with us as a customer. By booking an appointment, creating an account, or placing an order through this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site — you're always welcome to book by contacting us directly instead.

1. Our services

We provide hair and beauty services by appointment at our Portmore location, and sell hair bundles and extensions (raw bundles, clip-ins, and tape-ins) which can be added to a booking or purchased on their own.

2. Booking and appointments

• A deposit is required to secure every appointment. The deposit amount is shown before you confirm your booking and is non-refundable, including if you cancel.
• You can reschedule or cancel online up to 24 hours before your appointment. Within 24 hours, please contact us directly — online changes aren't available that close to your appointment time.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments when necessary (for example, due to staff availability), and will always contact you if we do.
• Please arrive on time. Significant lateness may require your appointment to be shortened or rescheduled.

3. Payment

• We accept payment online and by direct bank transfer.
• If you pay by bank transfer, your appointment or order remains pending until we verify your payment against the confirmation you provide. We aim to verify payments promptly, but confirmation is not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation notice from us.
• Hair bundle orders placed on their own (not attached to a booking) are charged in full at checkout, not just a deposit.
• Prices are shown in Jamaican dollars (JMD) and are subject to change without notice; the price shown at the time you book or order is the price that applies to that booking or order.

4. Accounts

Creating an account is optional and lets you track your bookings. You're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

5. Content you provide

When you upload a payment confirmation screenshot or send us notes about your appointment, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it's accurate. We use this information solely to verify payment and deliver your service — see our Privacy Policy for how it's stored and protected.

6. Hair bundles and extensions

• Product descriptions (length, weight, type) are provided as accurately as possible, but natural hair products can vary slightly.
• We don't guarantee stock availability at the time of order; if an item you've ordered isn't available, we'll contact you to arrange an alternative, a substitute length/type, or a refund of that item.
• Once an order is confirmed and fulfilled, sales are final unless the product is defective or materially not as described.

7. Acceptable use

Please don't use this site to submit false information, attempt to interfere with its normal operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may refuse service, cancel a booking or order, or suspend an account where we reasonably believe these terms have been violated.

8. Our content

The text, photos, logo, and design of this website belong to True Virgin Beauty Bar and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

9. Service quality and liability

We take pride in our work and every stylist is trained in the services they provide. That said:

• Results can vary based on your hair's natural condition and history (including prior chemical treatments), which we always encourage you to disclose during consultation.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from our services. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited, including for our own negligence causing personal injury.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example as our services change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica.
